《價值的價值》藝術計劃讓大眾能夠把思緒形象化，隨著人們現在已經可以將自己的想法或創意，以非物質型態儲存在區塊鏈這個公眾的電子記帳資料庫，藝術也成為一項「鑄幣」工程，創作藝術即創造價值，這在過去是前所未聞的事，每一縷思緒都是被公眾所接受的價值，這些價值及它們的所有權，則如各類加密貨幣，成為可交易的項目，《價值的價值》是藝術創作同時也是交換場域，讓觀眾可以一同決定人類價值觀念的樣貌及價值。

Artworks

Value of Values is an art project that allows the public to give shape to thought. As we can now own our thoughts or creativity – immaterialized and registered in a public ledger: Blockchain – art becomes a minting process. More than ever, making art is creating value. Each thought becomes a publicly acknowledged value. These values and their ownership – as all cryptocurrencies – can be traded. VoV is an artwork as well as a bartering place in which we all decide the shape and the value of human values.

藝術家介紹

法國概念媒體藝術家莫奔（原名墨里斯．班納尤恩）現居香港、巴黎二地，是新媒體藝術的先驅，作品持續重新定義藝術創作的內涵及藝術家在社會中的位置，莫奔透過虛擬實境、擴增實境、人工智慧及城市媒體藝術等技術和創作，不斷探索先進媒體科技所應許的極限，揭示這些科技及美學可能性所帶來的社會衝擊，莫奔現為香港城市大學的創意媒體學院教授。

托比亞斯‧克萊因為香港城市大學創意媒體學院助理教授，創作橫跨建築、藝術、設計及互動媒體裝置等領域，透過作品融合不同技術因子，包含當代電腦輔助設計/製造技術（CAD/CAM technologies）、場域、特定文化設計敘事、非線性直覺設計流程及歷史文化元素。

哥倫比亞跨領域學者尼可拉斯．曼多薩擁有區塊鏈科技博士學位，同時也具有建築師、藝術家、研究者及投資者的身分，曼多薩的博士研究領域專注於從人類學觀點探索非國家貨幣興起的結構元素，例如：區塊鏈科技，他曾任《比特幣雜誌》的編輯。

讓．巴蒂斯特．巴瑞耶爾是一名作曲家、媒體藝術家及〈價值的價值〉計劃（Value of Values，VoV）的聲音互動設計。巴瑞耶爾曾任巴黎聲學與音樂研究中心的音樂研究總監，創作專注於音樂、影像及數學的交會結合，曾與歌劇作家卡佳．薩利亞荷、電影導演彼德．格林納威合作製作視覺音樂會，也與莫奔合作多件互動藝術計劃。

Artist

Maurice Benayoun (MoBen, 莫奔) is a conceptual media artist based in Hong Kong and Paris. Pioneer of new media art, his work has been a continuous attempt to redefine art practice and the place of the artist in Society. Through VR, AR, AI, and urban media art, MoBen explores the limits of the promises of advanced media, unveiling their societal impact beyond their technological and aesthetic potential. MoBen is Professor of Creative Media at City University of Hong Kong.

Tobias Klein currently works as an assistant professor at School of Creative Media, City University of Hong Kong. His works in the fields of Architecture, Art, Design and interactive Media Installation. His work generates a syncretism of contemporary CAD/CAM technologies with site and culturally specific design narratives, intuitive non-linear design processes, and historical cultural references.

PhD in Blockchain Technology and Critical. Nicolás Mendoza is a Colombian multidisciplinary scholar, architect, artist, researcher and investor. His PhD research explored the structures that support the emergence of non-state currencies, such as blockchain technology, from an anthropological perspective. He has served in the editorial board of Bitcoin Magazine.

Jean-Baptiste Barrière, music Composer, media artist, VoV sound interaction. Former director of Musical Research, at IRCAM in Paris, the work of J.-B. Barrière concentrates on the intersection of music, image, and mathematics. J.-B. Barrière creates visual concerts with the opera composer Kaija Saariaho, the film director Peter Greenaway and collaborates to many interactive art projects with Maurice Benayoun.
